China is building up an increasingly bigger trade surplus in goods as they flood their export markets to support their own industries and citizens through state aid. One of the reasons for the troubles that China is facing is the lack of USD inflow into China which it has expirienced since the beginning of Russia’s war on Ukraine and Fed’s hiking cycle.
